New Moon in Virgo is the fifth New Moon of the Astrological Year the focus is health & hygiene and improving our health.
With the Virgo influence here we take long hard look at our psychical health and how we can improve it now.
As a result we may look to making changes to our eating habits to be more healthy.
Seem like the perfect time to take up some new psychical pursuits to make us more healthy and happy.

First of all it is time to analyze what needs to change in your life to make you feel well and happier.
Due to changes that have been taking place in your life maybe finding ways of reducing stress would be the answer now to improve your lifestyle and health.
Certainly people that are important to you are requesting you share some of your insights with them as you are looking better than ever.
For that reason you are only to happy to help and share you new health and lifestyle changes with them. Now it is up to them to live it and make the changes themselves to get results.
Just keep everything as bright and breezy as you can with out to much pressure is what is suggested here now.
Virgo is the 5th Sign of the Zodiac + The Virgin + Earth Sign + Mutable + Passive
Virgo is the sign of all that is pure and earthy.
As a result the Virgo energy asks us to make adjustments in our lives to improve our psychical health.
We can all strive to do better ad look after our health by making changes to our diet and lifestyle
For some this may seem all to hard. Can I suggest to keep a log of how you are feeling for a week plus log all the food and exercise you did also.
Finally now we have a starting point to make small and definite changes in lur lives to improve our health and well being
Health & Hygiene
Almost most of us have the best intentions on a Monday morning getting out of better early to add exercise to the routine.
Probably we get of to a flying start with great enthusiasm and determination.
Seem like we are right on target for this new and improved version of us.
But unfortunately this is short lived for most of us and excuses or reason or not today creep in and become habit.
Even more now we need to try and take just very small steps that become a normal part of our life and not an effort for us to fit in. Then we will have success.
Finally every small step is a bonus for our longevity and better health so make some changes today and stick to them.

History time – Uranus has just moved in Taurus from 15th May 2018 to 26th April 2026 wow what a long transit I hear you say.
Probably not exactly as slower moving or long range outer planets always move at a different ans slower pace than the faster moving more personal planets.
Because this is going to be a time of massive changes for all of us personally and globally.
First of all we will all feel the shift of energy in our focus coming back to very personal issues like our friendships, values, personal finances and how we live our life.
Personal perspective for all us
Due to everything will go under the microscope and nothing will be dismissed quickly
Maybe only after deep contemplation and analyzing from all angles will something be ruled in or out on a permanent basis.
Probably it is like the hustle and bustle of the recent of years in the distant past.
Finally we all need to slow down and take stock of the next part of our lives.
Even more taking a few deep breathes and exhaling all the excessive energy now and replacing it with calm and gentle breathing for the future.
A time new opportunities that may take time to manifest but that is ok, we have the time now make them right and very strong.
A time for focus on our value systems moving forward.
Plus we will be looking towards creating and building our wealth now for long term security.
We will look at how it affect us globally in a future blog.
Mars Conjunct South Node In Aquarius
Your energy will be high and almost aggressive at this time, and wanting to just push forward no matter what as you feel if time is running out, but it is not.
This is time when we should tread carefully when commencing new projects and not be to over zealous especially if we have not carefully planned out our steps to make it happen.
As we could be looking to take the easy way out now by just having it over as we feel we have invested and wasted too much time on areas of our lives already.
Time for Action
Not every thing is meant to be completed at the moment, we can slow down and analyze what is ready for completion.
What needs some more investment of time and resources and then we can bring it a competition with much better results instead of that will do because I am over it attitude.
